Our team specializes in importing horses from Europe to Canada and the United States, specifically from Spain, Portugal, and Belgium. Since 2015, Dorian Escalon’s family business (El Caballo del Mar) has imported horses for several American and Canadian customers.

Avalon stables (Quebec, Canada) work jointly with El Caballo Del Mar (Valencia, Spain). Avalon takes care of the North American customers, the research on the horses, the trials in Europe, and the negotiations. Simultaneously, El Caballo Del Mar is responsible for securing the transaction by attending pre-purchase veterinary examinations, taking care of quarantines and the necessary transport, and ensures transparent communication between breeders/merchants and the customer, and finally guaranteeing the validity of the sales contracts.
