• Large barn with 33 stalls measuring 10′ x 12′ (3 m x 3.7 m) on rubber mats with automatic waterers, arranged into two alleys, allowing separation of mares and stallions;
• Insulated and heated indoor riding arena measuring 141′ x 278′ (43 m x 85 m);
• Indoor arena uses imported European fiber for footing.;
• Outdoor riding arena 196′ x 656′ (60 m x 200 m) hosts a dressage ring and jump course during the summer season;
• Freestyle Horse Walker for up to six horses, 98′ (30 m) diameter;
• Round Pen, 60′ (18 m) diameter;
• Over 30 paddocks over 15 acres of fenced land providing turnout to horses for at least eight hours a day;
• Indoor shower with hot water available;
• Health& Wellness station with heated lamps and the Centurion PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) therapy equipment (available at all times, additional fees apply);
• Large insulated tack room for boarders with access to a washer and dryer included;
• Washroom;
• Heated Clubhouse with microwave, refrigerator, and sofas;
• Access to private riding trails.
